Attention Bonnie Branch 8th Grade Families:
All 8th graders had a high school lesson Monday 12/4 during Social Studies class taught by the Bonnie Branch school counselors. Students learned important information about high school, and were also introduced to the JumpStart program. Please ask your 8th grader to share their completed pink guide sheet from the lesson.
The next high school lesson will be taught in Science on Monday 12/11 in Mr. Cooper’s classes and on Tuesday 12/12 in Mr. Skold’s classes. This lesson will teach students how to use the High School catalog in Naviance and allow students to become familiar with course options for the Fine Arts and Technology Education credit requirements.

Call the school that you’re requesting an interview at and then let us know. (If your 8th grader lives in the school district where the JROTC program is located, an interview is not needed. Your 8th grader will list JROTC as a course on the registration/course selection form.)
High school course selection for rising 9th graders will take place in January 2018 at the same time that course selection will occur for high school in general.
