The BBMS PTA hopes everyone is enjoying their summer and taking advantage of the extra weeks that have been added to our calendar this year. We are looking forward to another wonderful year at Bonnie Branch Middle School, and are excited to meet our new administration!! We hope that everyone plays an active role in creating the best possible middle school experience for not only their child, but all students in our community.
We are excited to continue the success of last year’s PTA but also excited to welcome new members and new ideas from the community. Please find a way for you to get involved, we have something for everyone!! Be a part of our community that makes things happen, it makes all the difference in our school!
Back to School Staff Breakfast
Although students have a few more weeks of summer, the BBMS staff will return on Thursday, August 24th to begin planning and preparing for the 2017-2018 school year.
The PTA hosts a continental breakfast for the entire staff that includes 100+ members. Please show your support and click on the link below to see how you can help. Spirit Wear kick off Sale
Check out our NEW spirit wear line from our new VENDOR that has something for everyone! Look for our tent at the 6th grade orientation and the 7th and 8th open house. Shop early for your best selection! We have limited pre-ordered items in limited sizes that you can purchase and take with you. Sizes not available, no worries. We will have order forms at the tent. If you submit your order and payment on August 31st, we will have your order ready for pick up at Back to School night on September 14th. Spirit Wear order deadline is Thursday, September 14th.
1st PTA Meeting of the 2017-2018 school year
Come out and see what the PTA is all about on Wednesday, September 13th at 7 pm in the media center. All are welcome to come play a part in the success of the upcoming school year. We have a few chair vacancies to fill from parents who have moved on to high school. Grab a friend, co-chair something together! Many hands make light work!!
Open chairs include Hospitality, Reflections, BoxTops, Website, and Staff Appreciation Week just to name a few. Involvement in the PTA doesn’t mean you have to attend monthly PTA meetings. Any involvement is greatly appreciated!!
The school counts on the PTA to assist with prepping for the beginning of the school year. Flyers to organize and packets to create. Please click on the link below and see what is available to assist with. You will be notified in advance if there is a change in date or time, but we hope to make it happen on these days.
