March 10- BBMS Yearbook Picture Day
Welcome Back BBMS Staff!!!!
The PTA committee would like to welcome our hard-working dedicated staff back into the building. Special thanks to the committee members who took the time to put together signs and décor to welcome the staff back with open arms!
** ACTIVLEY LOOKING FOR A NEW PTA PRESDENT***
We are looking to fill the PTA president role and many others for preparation of the 2021-2022 school year. We need your help to keep the PTA going for the upcoming school. If there is a position you are interested in and you do not want to do it alone bring a friend and you can volunteer together!! There is a nominating committee in place to help fill the listed positions below. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Heather Tom at bbmsptasecretary@gmail.com or Keia Benefield at keiabenefield@gmail.com. Elections will be held in the month of May. More details to follow in the upcoming months.
President- preside at all meetings of this local PTA/PTSA, the board of directors, and the executive committee. Coordinate the work of the officers and committees of this local PTA/PTSA in order that the purposes may be promoted. Be a member official of all committees except the nominating committee. Perform such other duties as may be prescribed in these bylaws or assigned by this local PTA/PTSA or by the board of directors. Review bank statements monthly and initial. Represent this PTA/PTSA at all council meetings or send an alternate.
PTACHC- Attend every meeting of their PTA and Council. Take notes at Council meeting and give a full report to their PTA board of directors. Affiliate with a Council Committee represent the Council on an HCPSS Advisory/Policy Committee, and/or act as a liaison to a community group that has requested PTACHC representation.
Hospitality/Staff- Help coordinate and plan all events for Bonnie Branch administrators and staff (we are looking for 2 or more volunteers to help)
Reflections Coordinator- Coordinate and run a PTA program that helps promote and develop artistic literacy, increase confidence, and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life.
Membership Committee- Organize, distribute, and track all new memberships cards for BBMS. Update BBMS shark board with all new members.
Social Committee – Plan and coordinate any social functions throughout the school year.
Volunteer Coordinator- Liaison for events that require extra volunteers
Yearbook Picture Day!!!
*This will be a “paperless” photography program. Name on Cards or picture tickets are no longer required. Additionally, any student wishing to purchase a picture package will have the opportunity to do so online both before and after picture day.
*You can order online at mylifetouch.com prior to picture day, using the Picture Day ID : EVTS2C9S2
*All picture packages will be delivered to the school for distribution. Any service items will be sent directly to the school.
*Students will be instructed to enter the photography location through one set of doors and then asked to exit through a separate location to maintain social distancing.
*All individuals, school staff and Lifetouch photo staff will be expected to wear facial coverings and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Bienvenido de Regreso al Personal del BBMS!!!
El comité del PTA les da la bienvenida de regreso a todo el personal dedicado y trabajador del BBMS. Especialmente les damos las gracias a los miembros del comité por haber tomado el tiempo para poner señales y decoraciones de bienvenida para todo el personal!
Buscando por un nuevo Presidente para el PTA
Estamos buscando un nuevo presidente para el PTA y otros cargos para la preparación del nuevo año escolar 2021-2022.
Si hay una posición que a usted le interesaría y no lo quiere hacer solo, usted puede traer un amigo como voluntario para que juntos desempeñen al cargo. Hay un comité de nominación que ayuda a llenar las posiciones que se encuentra a continuación. Si usted tiene alguna pregunta o duda por favor contáctese con Heather Tom (bbmsptasecretary@gmail.com) or Keia Benefield (keiabenefield@gmail.com).
Las elecciones se llevarán a cabo en el mes de mayo.

Presidente - preside todas las reuniones en este PTA/ PTSA local, la junta directiva y del comité ejecutivo. PTACHC - Asistir a cada reunión de su PTA y del Consejo. Tomar todas las notas de la reunión del Consejo y dar un reporte completo a la junta directiva de su PTA. Afiliarse con un comité del Consejo y representar el Consejo sobre el Comité de Asesoría de Política del HCPSS, y/o actuar como enlace a un grupo de la comunidad quien ha pedido representación del PTACHC.
Hospitalidad/Personal - Ayudar a coordinar y planear todos los eventos de los empleados y administradores del Bonnie Branch (Estamos buscando dos o más voluntarios que puedan ayudar).
Coordinador de Reflexiones - Coordina y maneja un programa del PTA que ayuda para promover y desarrollar alfabetismo artístico e incrementa la seguridad para encontrar más interés para aprender y ser más exitosos en la escuela y en la vida.
Comité de Membresía – Organiza, distribuye y anota todas las tarjetas de membresías del BBMS. Actualiza el tablero de tiburones de BBMS con todos los miembros nuevos.
Comité Social - Planifica y coordina cualquier evento social del año escolar.
Coordinador de Voluntariados- actúa como enlace para eventos que requieren voluntarios adicionales
Día para tomarse la foto para el Yearbook!!!
Esto será un programa de fotografía sin papeles. Nombre en las tarjetas o tickets para la foto ya no es requerido. Adicionalmente cualquier estudiante que desee comprar el paquete de las fotos tiene la oportunidad de hacerlo en línea antes y después del día que se tomen la foto.

Todos los paquetes de las fotos serán enviadas a la escuela para su distribución. Cualquier servicio será enviado directamente a la escuela.
