4. Deadline for families to choose courses in SYNERGY: February 15
Courses that earn High School Credit: Foundations of Technology, Exploring Computer Science, French Ib, Spanish Ib, French I, Spanish I.
World Languages – A student in 8th grade can elect to retake Spanish 1 or French 1 if they struggled in 7th grade. They would be in a mixed 7th and 8th grade class during their 8th grade year; and they will still earn 1 credit of Spanish or French. Students/Adults should discuss this with their World Language teacher before choosing this option.
World Languages – A student in 8th grade could also take “the other” language. For instance, they could take Spanish 1b and also sign up for French 1 if their schedule has the room.
