Our school will be using a web-based application called pickAtime to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Parents with Internet access will be able to schedule their parent/teacher conferences, print their schedules, and have an email reminder of the appointments sent to them. To access this program, please click on the the above link. This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning February 3, 2012 at 4:00PM. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until February 12, 2012 at 11:59PM. After this date, please cancel your appointments by calling Kathy Mitchell at 410-313-2584. If you do not have Internet access, please call Kathy Mitchell to schedule your
conferences beginning February 4, 2012.

Free and Reduced Price Meals
Howard County Public School System’s Food & Nutrition Service Department is very pleased to announce that they are the first school system in Maryland to be able to offer an Online Processing System for Free and Reduced Price Meal Applications at http://www.hcpss.org/foodservice/free.shtml. This new addition to the website will allow parents privacy in completing the application and receiving notification of status.
