This year we have 678 students and a staff of highly qualified teachers. We continue to strive to improve our co-teaching model, expanded intramurals, student leadership opportunities, and a student-centered anti-bullying initiative. BBMS is truly focusing on teaching and learning for ALL of our students.

Bonnie Branch students follow a nine period  daily schedule. Students in all three grades take English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Reading, and the Related Arts. As part of the Related Arts program, students  attend classes in Music, Art, Physical Education, Technology Education, Health, and Family & Consumer Science. Sixth grade gifted and talented students may elect to participate in the  middle School Research Class for one semester during the Related Arts period. Seventh and Eighth students may elect to participate in the Foreign Language Program during the Related Arts time. Students participating in the orchestra, band or chorus do so during the Core period. Students with special needs may take advantage of the the special education and the talented and gifted  programs at BBMS. The Gifted and Talented Enrichment program also provides an opportunity for any student who demonstrates a sincere interest in a topic to pursue that topic at an advanced level.
